Rooted in the community – Yoga in the Stadtpark
What could be better than practicing Yoga outdoors? It doesn’t always have to be the ocean, but how about a Viennese park? Holding the tree pose against the backdrop of hundreds of years old trees, breathing in the fresh air deeply during the breathing exercises, and letting the pleasant breeze blow around your nose during savasana. Come, I’ll take you for a round of Yoga in the park!
