A Yoga retreat and connection to nature: A place for your time out, your relaxation. We do Yoga together, meditate, explore the surrounding nature and dare to walk over glowing coals. The Yoga retreat offers you the ideal combination of coming to rest, and arriving at yourself.
In the passt I had for example the opportunity to hold a Yoga retreat in front of the impressive backdrop of the Krimml Waterfalls: On the Yoga deck of the Hotel Post in Krimml, the whole beauty of the surrounding mountains opened up to us. Here the participants were able to recharge their batteries during a Yoga vacation in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

- Vienna Pride Yoga 2025
“Unite in Pride” is the motto of Vienna Pride 2025 – and once again, we’ll have the chance to come together through Yoga 🌈
This year, Pride takes place from May 31 to June 15, featuring daily events that celebrate the visibility and diversity of our community.
Among them are five yoga sessions: four as part of Vienna Pride, and one as part of the “Pride on Tracks” series at Gleis//Garten 🙏

Pride on Tracks in Gleis//Garten
SSince 2024, I’ve had the pleasure of offering yoga sessions at Gleis//Garten as part of the Pride on Tracks events 🌈 This year the Queer-Yoga will be taking place as well:
- Sunday, June 8th, from 9:45 to 11:00 in Gleis//Garten statt. Here you can register for the event.
Admission: pay as you wish – all donations to Queer Base.
